Vinyl Information

  • 100 microns thick
  • Matt white surface with a permanent adhesive backing
  • Grey backing to hide underlying surfaces effectively
  • Suitable for high-quality product labelling, packaging, and signage
  • Can be used both indoors and outdoors, resistant to UV rays

Production Information 

  • Cutting options are: die-cut, square, rectangle, circle or oval
  • Stickers can be any size between 3cm and 24cm 
  • Extra designs can be added with orders of 250 units and above
  • A proofing sheet is provided before any stickers are printed to ensure each job is done to your specifications

Artwork Guide

Your artwork must meet the following requirements:

Photoshop

  • 300 DPI resolution
  • CMYK colour profile
  • Sized to actual print size
  • Include a cut line
  • File formats - PSD or PDF

Illustrator

  • CMYK colour profile
  • Sized to actual print size
  • Include a cut line
  • File formats - AI, PDF or EPS

Cut Line & Bleed

• Cutlines must be a path on a separate layer and can be created in both Illustrator and Photoshop.

• If the printed area goes right to the edge of the sticker, a minimum 3mm bleed area, that goes all around the stickers edge, is required.

• If you have a white boarder around the artwork, the minimum amount of space between the artwork and the cut line is 2 mm.

Sticker Sizes

• The smallest length or width measurement for stickers is 3cm.

• The longest length or width measurement for stickers is 24cm.

• The pricing options start at 3 x 3 cm and go up in increments of 3cm up to 24 x 24cm.

• Your design doesn't need to be a square, just select the size option that is closest to the longest length of your design.

• If you would like stickers larger than the available options, please send us an email and we can create a custom job for you - print@donelondon.co.uk

Extra Designs

• The extra designs you can have will depend on the quantity you select:

100 units - 1 Design

250 units - 2 Design

500 units - 3 Designs

750 units - 4 Designs

1000+ units - 5 Designs

• Please let us know the exact quantity split in the "Customer Notes" section above.

• The size of the designs must be the same or very similar.

• Remember to compress your files before using the File Upload tool.

How it works?

  • Set-up your artwork files

    The first stage is getting your artwork files set up properly and to the correct size. Remember to include a cutline for each design.
    Click this link for more info, or get in touch if you are unsure about anything and we can help you get things dialled in before uploading the files.

  • Placing your order

    Make sure you select all the correct options for your order and include any notes for specific instructions in the "Customer Notes' section.
    Then upload your artwork files and place the order. Leave the rest to us.
    If you prefer, you can email artwork files separately after placing your order. Remember to include your order number.

  • Printing your stickers

    Before we start printing your stickers, a proof-sheet will be sent over to you for approval. We won't print anything until the proof is signed off and you are 100% happy with all the specs.
    Once approved, we will print, pack and ship your order.
    The whole process can take between 5-7 working days, depending on our current workload.
