Refund policy

All customers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14-days of purchase provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. Any returns requested outside this period will be offered store credit. Please Email us at sales@donelondon.co.uk to request a return. Original shipping cost and return postage cost are non-refundable.
