Shipping Policy

All in house merch orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase on a 1-2 day shipping service. 

For UK orders please allow up to 5 working days delivery. For international orders, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery.

As of July 1st 2021, shipments originating from outside the European Union coming into the European Union, may be subject to value added tax (VAT) regardless of the shipment value.

All customers purchasing goods from the EU will be responsible for paying all customs taxes and additional duties that may be charged to you upon entry to your country.

Royal Mail 48 (350-1000g) - 4.95

Free UK shipping on all orders over £100

Custom sticker orders include free UK shipping, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (please allow 5-7 days for delivery from purchase date)

Bulk garment printing orders are shipped on a next day service via DHL, with prices from 19.95+VAT

Same day London service from 49.95+VAT

Returns & Exchanges

If you require an exchange or refund, please send an email to sales@donelondon.co.uk with the reason an exchange or refund is required. 

​Return requests are only valid within 14 days of purchase.

​All products must be returned in a resalable condition. If products are deemed not to be in a resalable condition they will not be refunded or exchanged.

​Return postage has to be paid for and arranged by the customer submitting the return or exchange.
